A good day

I'm going to start posting on my blog more and since today is my birthday it's a good day to start. Went to some estate sales this morning and I got these guys. Awesome right?

After Four Years......

For the past couple of weeks I have been o.d.'ing on blogs. I didn't know there were so many cool blogs out there about things like yard sales, thrifting, fixing up retro houses, etc. I first got a blog in 2005 to blog with some of my friends that I had met online. Being the lazy person that I am, I never did anything with it. I called it It's a dime, and I planned to talk about yard sales, chickens and funny hats. Well I let it sit too long and it wouldn't let me back in! So now I am It's a dime chic. Someday I will tell the it's a dime story if I can find a way to tell it that's as funny as when it happened. Tomorrow I will get some pictures and try to do a post and also start following some of the great blogs I've been reading. I'm pretty computer stupid so if anyone has any tips about what I can do to make this blog look better then lay them on me.
